Supervising Social Workers

We are currently recruiting for the exciting positions of Supervising Social Workers (x2), one to be based in Kent, the other position is based in the Essex region.

Our Supervising Social Workers build positive relationships between Flourish Fostering, the Foster Parent and the child’s Social Worker. It is a key role that helps the Foster Parent to sustain the child in placement and ensure outcomes for children are being met within the foster family. Crucial to successful outcomes for children are positive working relationships between all the professionals around the child, and the Supervising Social Worker role is a combination of monitoring and safeguarding on behalf of the children and being there for the family.

These are both full time positions, Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm, with an attractive salary of £34,000 – £36,000 plus £3,000 car allowance along with other benefits.

For Supervising Social Workers, Assistant Social Worker and Assessor roles, you will support the delivery of high-quality services to children and young people and our foster families. These exciting roles are at the heart of our fostering service and require relevant experience and qualifications gained within a similar setting, complete with your eligibility to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.

At Flourish Fostering, administration and support roles are instrumental in assisting our team so they can focus on supporting our Foster Parents and improving outcomes for children and young people. Based at our head office in Snodland, Kent, our support team is vital to making our organisation a success, working hard supporting our Foster Parents.
