Flourish Fostering proudly supports foster parents across the South West who want to make a lasting difference in children’s lives.
As a therapeutic fostering organisation, we combine professional social work support with an in-house therapy team — ensuring children and foster parents receive consistent, joined-up support.
Our South West and South East fostering service was rated Outstanding by Ofsted following an inspection in March 2025. Read the Ofsted report.

A therapeutic model that supports you
Children who come into care have often experienced trauma, loss and instability. Our therapeutic model ensures that foster parents:
- Receive specialist therapeutic parenting training
- Have access to clinical advice and guidance
- Benefit from reflective supervision
- Are supported proactively, not reactively
- Feel confident managing complex behaviours
You will never be expected to manage challenges alone.
Our South West office
Our South West hub is a welcoming base for training and connection.
Here, foster parents can attend:

Cara Tullet
Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist
Cara is a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, working at Flourish. She joined the team in 2022 and loves her work. She has worked as a children’s therapist in a mixture of schools, working with children, young people and their parents for several years.
